7. Warranties and Guarantees

- Workmanship Warranty: We offer a warranty on our workmanship as specified in the contract. This warranty covers defects arising from our work but does not cover damage due to external factors or misuse.

- Material Warranty: Manufacturers’ warranties on materials are passed on to the customer. We will assist in handling warranty claims with material suppliers.

8. Liability

SS Stucco of Safety Harbor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

- By Customer: The customer may terminate the contract with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed, and any deposit paid may be non-refundable.

- By SS Stucco of Safety Harbor: We may terminate the contract if the customer fails to comply with the terms or if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. In such cases, any work completed will be billed, and deposits may be retained.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to our services will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action. The mediation will take place in Safety Harbor, Florida.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
